Dr. Saraf's expertise in physiotherapy is evident in the way she assessed my condition, created a tailored treatment plan, and tracked my progress before every session. She always took the time to explain what she was doing and why, which helped me understand how to care for myself better outside of our appointments.

Hi, my name is Akshat and I am a software engineer by profession so my mostly work is of sitting. Few days back I was facing lower back pain and due to which I was unable to walk properly as well as sit properly and to cure this problem I visited Core Focus Clinic where Mayuri mam firstly understand the problem and then she started treating me with her expertise. Within two days of therapy I got much relief from the pain. The key thing which I liked the most about Mayuri mam's treatment is that she try to treat the problem from the root as per the clinic's name Core Focus. Highly recommended.
I had been experiencing significant cervical pain for three to four months. I went to numerous orthopaedic offices but received no relief, so I went to Core Focus. After 3–4 sessions with Dr. Mayuri, I finally received relief, and now I'm doing much better and the recovery is very impressive.

I was suffering from lower back pain L4- L5 disc bulge .since 11 month , I can't even walk properly as well as not sit properly my body always a tightness. my dr. Hi, the experiecne was amazing. I was facing MCL injury. I am very active in sports and was continoulsy ignoring mild pain and kept living my active lifestyle. However there was sudden pain in my knee and I was unable to walk and move. Then I consulted Dr. Mayuri Saraf. Immediately after the fisrt session I was feeling better and was able to walk and in just couple of days my pain was gone and I was back in my active lifestyle. I was suffering from ACL and Meniscus injury in my right knee, and chose to get operated. When i started my physiotherapy, the range of motion was not good, i had stiffness in my knee, i was walking with braces, i think i have taken 20 sessions with Mayuri ma'am, and the results are very good. I have full ROM, i have started jogging and cycling without any pain. Mayuri ma'am helped me a lot as i was not so optimistic about my return to sports as i had that mental trauma of getting injured and then getting operated. Her style of therapy involves manual work over machines. She even provides corrective measures for improving body posture. Thank you so much Mayuri ma'am for my overall recovery but there's more to achieve before returning back to sports. I would highly recommend Dr Mayuri ma'am and Core Focus to anyone who's suffering from sports injuries or need physiotherapy assistance.
